This Soft Shell Jacket features 3000MM fabric waterproof rating, 3000G/M² fabric breathability rating, component loops at back neck and cuffs for securing to other jackets, reverse coil zippered chest pocket, front zippered pockets, adjustable tab cuffs with hook and loop closures and an open hem with drawcord and toggles. It also has a contrast Eddie Bauer logo on right chest and is made of 96/4 poly/spandex. 

The waterproof rating refers to the amount of water a garment can withstand in 24 hours before it leaks. In this case, the All-Season II Jacket can take on 3000 millimeters of water (almost 10 feet of rain or snow in 24 hours) before it leaks.
