1- Obtain your measurements

Note: Use a cloth tape measure to take measurements. You can take the measurements on your body, having another person assist you in the process can be helpful. When taking the measurements to ensure that the cloth tape measure is kept horizontal for accuracy.  Measurement is taken in inches.

2- Refer to the appropriate sizing chart (Adult, Women’s, or Youth & Girls) to identify the size that will be the best fit for you.
