Returns Policy
At SweatshirtStation.com we strive to provide the best customer service and best pricing. If you need to return or exchange an item here is our policy.
• If you have an error or discrepancy with an order, please contact our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
• All returns require a return authorization (RA) number and must be obtained within 30 days from receipt of goods. An 18% restocking charge will apply to all returns and refused shipments.
• Returned goods must be shipped with all proper documentation and with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipment, within 30 days of issuance.
• You are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned product(s).
• We are unable to accept the return of goods that have been washed, used, damaged, decorated or altered. All returned product must be in new condition.

Rates are based on shipping in the continental United States, but we can ship to virtually any address in the world. We will inform you of any additional charges before we ship your order. In stock orders typically ship within one business day.
